Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Please contact us through our live chat or by email at contact@trivanohq.com before returning any item, unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Returns are processed directly with our suppliers. We will guide you through the return process and provide the correct return address if your return is approved.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately with a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right.

Exceptions
Some items cannot be returned, including:

• Personal care or hygiene products (for health reasons)
• Sale or clearance items
• Perishable or custom items

Refunds
Once your return is accepted and processed by the supplier, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. This may take up to 10 business days depending on your bank.
